How agents use it
- Open a lead or invoice in AdroFlow and click Invite to portal (email required on the lead).
- Send the magic link or copy the invite URL for WhatsApp.
- Customer sets a password on first visit — account links to their lead and organisation.
- Upload PDFs from the customer profile; toggle Visible to customer when ready.
Portal users never access your CRM. Row-level security scopes every read to their own trip data within your agency.
